    Considerations for creating an Insights section

    Before creating an Insights page, first consider 3 things in your decision-making process:

    1. Volume of content being featured.
    2. Target audience and business unit the content supports.
    3. The areas of expertise and areas of interest for the audience.

    Then determine what curation of the content - with filters and tags - will be the most user-friendly for the audience:

    • If you have a small amount of content, fewer layers of filtering may be effective. For larger libraries of articles, more filtering will enable your audience to find content relevant to their interests.
    • If your business and website operates across multiple regions, a regional filter category may be effective. For content that is relevant across multiple regions, simply tag all regions.
    • Do you have specific types of content? For example, News or Insights, or Guides or Thought Leadership?
