Hide in Language Switch

If in some languages there are only few pages available, parts of the page tree can be re-built in that language using redirect pages for the positions where no translation exists. Those redirect pages will be hidden in language switch.
With "blended navigation" in the language tree, a main language navigation can be shown with existing translations in the current language. Hiding this page serves as an example, and isn't the typical use case.
The respective page in Italian language has flag "Hide In Language Switch" set to true, and doesn't appear in the language switch of this page. Since there are no other languages, the switch is not present at all.
